For connecting and disconnecting hydraulic cylinders and other components. The clamping nut requires only to be hand-tight, because the connection is self-sealing. In the disconnected condition the inner balls seal the openings, so that no oil can escape. The coupling sleeve is provided with a rubber dust-seal cap. Coupling sleeves are always supplied with hydraulic cylinders.
