    Description

    Version:

    Silicone-free wet film separating agent for plastics processing. With NSF M1 registration, suitable for use on packaging materials with foodstuffs contact.
    • Colourless separating fluid with separation effect, in particular on thermoplastics.
    • Improves the surface quality of PLA (Polylactid Acid), PC (Polycarbonate), PE (Polyethylene) and PP (Polypropylene).
    • Silicone-free, minimises material carry-over on to moulded parts. Ideal for moulded parts with a further processing stage (painting, printing or adhesively bonded).
    • High operating temperature range up to 200°C.
    • Does not trigger any stress cracking of plastics.
    • NSF registration: Category M1, registration number 155325.

    Application:

    To assist the release of plastic and rubber moulded parts, especially for packaging materials for the foodstuffs industry. As a silicone-free anti-friction agent for the foodstuffs industry.
    • Apply a thin even film to the clean dry mould.
    • Wait a short time until the solvent has evaporated.
    • For sustained separation effect, repeat the process.
    • Refer to the current safety data sheet (SDB) for safety instructions.
